QUEBEC, CANADA

LILIANE FARHAT

Governor 2018-2019

District U-1

Message from the governor

September 2018

Fellow Lions,

The district is in action, the Las Vegas convention ended on July 4th and on the 5th I was installing the new officers of my club Montréal Cèdres du Liban and 5 new members were inducted and a new lion from Lebanon was transferred to our club . On the 25th of August I chaired the cabinet meeting of my district. On September 4th, I attended the 50 North Zone meeting chaired by Lion Francois-René Lauzon and it was my official visit to the Lachute club, a great meeting with an outstanding animation. On September 7th, I was honored to present the charter to Lion Yolla El Khoury, President of the Club Montréal Dames de Coeur, and I thank our ceremonial master of ceremonies, Lion Nicole Héon Lepage...
